I am a Certified Pilates and Yoga Instructor with a passion for helping others feel stronger and more confident in their own skin. I have been working in the fitness industry for over 20 years and have been riding horses since I was a kid.
My belief is that a lifestyle that uses Mindfulness, Movement and Mediation leads to a happier and healthier life. Philosophy is that everything is connected. So by honoring the body with a balance of proper rest, proper nutrition and movement may help the body heal both inside and out.
My method works by integrating the six Pilates Principles and the 8 limbs of Yoga to maximus your 30-50min workouts with me. I offer a Six and a Twelve week program.

Thank-you for stopping by, my name is Melissa Wagner, a San Diego native. At the age of ten I visited the ranch that was once the Indra Devi Foundation and I knew I found my calling. I became fascinated by holistic energy healing, eating whole foods and yoga. Living in San Diego I have always had a passion for a natural and active lifestyle. In 2009, after some horses related inquires my Dr recommended I try Pilates. My obsession with Pilates was born, soon after I become a comprehensively certified Pilates Instructor, with over 600 hours of training on all Pilates apparatus. I am constantly attending continuing education and collaborative workshops to bring the best to you. Pilates is more than just fitness to my family and I, it is a integrate part of our lifestyle! I work very closely with my clients to understands their goals, needs and abilities. My goal is share my love of Pilates with you. I strongly believe that a Holistic approach combining Movement, Mindfulness and Meditation brings balance in oneself.
